Dr. S Moni Jeyush Kumar

Dr. Moni Jeyush Kumar is a highly experienced ophthalmologist based in the Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu. He completed his MBBS in Thirunelveli and pursued his postgraduate studies at the prestigious Institute of Ophthalmology, Joseph Eye Hospital in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Beginning his career in 1995 at CSI Mission Hospital in Neyyoor, Dr. Moni Jeyush Kumar established Moni Eye Hospital in 1999, where he has since dedicated himself to providing exceptional eye care. With over 28 years of experience, he is renowned for his expertise and commitment to advancing eye health in the community.
Our History
A Legacy of Excellence in Eye Care
Moni Eye Hospital was founded in February 1999 with two initial locations: one near the Bus Stand on Main Road in Thuckalay and another branch in Thingal Nagar. This dual setup was designed to extend our quality eye care services across the region.
After 11 years of dedicated service, the Thuckalay branch was moved to a more spacious facility on Mettukadai, Dargha Road, Thuckalay, in 2010. Despite this relocation, our Thingal Nagar branch continued to operate, serving the community with the same commitment to excellence. Both locations remain integral parts of our mission to provide exceptional eye care.
